Lemon balm, is a perennial herbaceous plant in the mint family Lamiaceae and native to south-central Europe, the Mediterranean Basin, Iran, and Central Asia. Often said to help ease stress and anxiety, lemon balm contains rosmarinic acid (a chemical compound with antioxidant properties). The herb is also used for insomnia, cold sores, high cholesterol, stress, indigestion, and heartburn. 
 
Cymbopogon, better known as lemongrass, is a genus of Asian, African, Australian, and tropical island plants in the grass family. Some species are commonly cultivated as culinary and medicinal herbs because of their scent, resembling that of lemonsis. Lemongrass contains the inflammation-fighting compounds chlorogenic acid, isoorientin, and swertiajaponin. Some of the health and medicinal benefits of this herb are that it helps in relievinganxiety, preventing infection, boosting oral health, relieving pain, boosting red blood cell levels, and tp combat bloating.
 
Peppermint is a hybrid mint. It is a cross between watermint and spearmint and Indigenous to Europe and the Middle East. This herb has a myriad of health and beauty benefits.  Its calmative properties can leave you relaxed, release your stressand mental pressure.  Peppermint tea helps in aiding weight loss, reduces heartburn, makes your skin glow, induces sleep and provides satiety, further helping you to lose weight. It also relieves excessive acidity and clears acne if applied to the skin. It offers ease in discomfort for people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
 
Spearmint, is a species of mint native to the Balkan Peninsula and Turkey. It is naturalized in much of Europe and Asia, in parts of northern and western Africa, North America, and South America, as well as various oceanic islands. Although very similar to peppermint, it contains less menthol and is very rich in limonene, dihydrocarvone and cineol. It is used to help alleviate symptoms of nausea, indigestion, gas, headache, toothache, cramps, and sore throat.
